WIP
The newer images below mark a new approach to my image making. Obviously the return of the diptych is one example that helps drive a juxtaposition of the object and setting, as well as the narrative and the evidentiary approach in the work. The second was losing up a bit on the formal elements. By presenting a less polished style the photographs fail to drive home the juxtaposition, narrative, and the evidentiary. And that is the wonderful balance that this newer work attempts to solve. Some where between the perception of what we can see, and what can only be captured by the camera.
